Fitness

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a very easy martial art to begin and to learn, and you don't need to be in great physical condition to start, but as a student progresses they will see that Jiu Jitsu offers an unparalleled type of physical conditioning.  This is undoubtedly one of the, if not the most enjoyable ways to get in shape and stay in shape.
